Nicholas (Nick) Sunderland is Chief Executive of CCMS Group Ltd and Customized Construction Management Services Sdn. Bhd., having previously been employed as Director at a Malaysian Claims Consultancy and Senior Consultant at two Global Consultancy companies since leaving the UK to work Internationally.
Nick holds a degree in quantity surveying is a chartered quantity surveyor, a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), member of the Association of Building Engineers (MCABE), AIAC Panel Adjudicator, RICS Accredited Mediator, RICS Evaluative Mediator, HRDF Trainer.
He has 24+ years of Construction industry experience working on major international building and civil engineering projects at site level and in dispute forums in the UK, North America, Thailand and Malaysia.
Nick has worked for clients, of all sizes, throughout the UK, North America and Asia.
