Prasith has nearly 40 years experience in the Construction Industry having working in his native Thailand, other parts of Asia and the Middle East. Prasith started off as an Engineer in the mid 80s, before moving more into a planning role with a Large Thai Contractor, moving into the role of Senior Project Manager, Executive Vice President of a Project Management Department with a large team and since has worked on a number of Senior Consultant roles with international Claims Consultancies. Prasith was Managing Director of the Property Development department in one of Thailand largest Developers reporting directly to the Groups CEO on a near USD 1 billion mixed use development in Bangkok. His role included setting up the overall Project Structure, managing Project Management Processes from inception to completion, liaising with the sales and marketing team to support sales, marketing and branding, supporting the ICT/ Innovation team for planning and budgeting of smart service activities. Mentored and promoted other team members. Prasith has been responsible for managing large teams throughout his career and is excellent and getting the best out of the team for the good of all.
